The Firm was started in 2002 as medical providers sought out the expertise and commitment of Sean T. Hagan. Sean is a graduate of Ursinus College with a BA in Politics and Certification in Social Studies Secondary Education. While teaching in Philadelphia at the J.R. Masterman School in center city, he attended Widener University, School of Law in Wilmington, DE. Sean graduated Cum Laude from law school in 1998 with Letters of Achievement in Insurance Law and DE Civil Practice. He immediately passed the NJ and PA bar examinations and was sworn into both states although he currently is only active in New Jersey.
Sean immediately began practicing law in Central and South Jersey handling PIP arbitrations, plaintiffs’ automobile, slip and fall and worker’s compensation cases, municipal court matters, family law and real estate transaction with the primary focus on PIP. In the beginning of 2002 he spent six months as a defense attorney representing major insurance carriers and their insureds while taking and passing the NY bar exam.
At the request of several medical providers, Sean hung his own shingle and mastered the art of fully representing clients, recovering the greatest amounts possible and keeping the clients fully informed along the way in writing and telephone. In 2006, Fran O’Connor joined the Firm as a paralegal with experience and expertise in PIP recovery and arbitrations. For the past 20+ years she has served as an insurance supervisor at a large medical provider office, as a litigation supervisor at a provider management vendor for various health disciplines, and as a paralegal. The Law Offices of Sean T. Hagan LLC can handle your matters with superior service and personal touch and dedication.
